Eric Doyle, Blue Angels Super Hornet Transition Team lead, makes his final approach to land former Blue Angel #1, a "Legacy" F/A-18C Hornet, at Naval Air Station Corpus Christi Nov. 9, 2020. The aircraft will replace the Blue Angel currently on static display on base. The 2020 show season marked the end of the service life of the aircraft the team has flown for 34 years.
