Patrol Craft Officer Coastal instructors at Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School give instructions on how to float to international students who are attending the 21-1 semester PCO-C course. In deep water, while wearing long pants, a long sleeve shirt, and tactical gear, students must float, tread water or swim in place.
International students in the 21-1 semester are representing Chad, Ghana, Madagascar, Malawi, Niger, Sierra Leon, and Togo, will graduate December 4, 2020.
NAVSCIATTS is a Security Cooperation schoolhouse operating under United States Special Operations Command and Naval Special Warfare in support of Foreign Security Assistance and Geographic Combatant Commanders' Theater Security Cooperation priorities.
NAVSCIATTS trains and educates foreign Special Operations Forces, SOF-like forces and SOF enablers across the tactical, operational and strategic spectrums through in-residence and Mobile Training Team courses of instruction.
