Spc. Andrew E. Torka, a native of Columbus, Ohio, and percussionist for the 338th Army Band, an Army Reserve unit based out of Whitehall, Ohio, performs with the 85th Army Band July 23, 2012, during the U.S. Army Garrison Stuttgart change-of-command ceremony in Stuttgart, Germany. Torka augmented the 85th Army Band while the unit conducted overseas duty training and assisted the U.S. Army Europe Band and Chorus.
