A MH-60S Seahawk helicopter assigned to the Golden Falcons of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 12 lowers a rescue swimmer into the water alongside the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72) during an air power demonstration.
