YN2(AW/SW/IW) Michael Kirkman, assigned to VFA-31 re-enlisted aboard the decommissioned Iowa-Class Battleship USS Wisconsin (BB 64) in-front of members of his command and family. The ceremony was hosted by the Hampton Roads Naval Museum, and the Wisconsin’s iconic turret #1 served as the backdrop. The museum has resumed military ceremonies with COVID-19 related restrictions.
