U.S. Marines assigned to 2nd Marine Expeditionary Brigade and II Marine Expeditionary Force receive a regional brief from our Norwegian partner LTC Jørn Qviller, faculty adviser, U.S. Marine Corps Command and Staff College, during Marine Expeditionary Force Training Exercise 21.1 at Fort A. P. Hill, Virginia, Oct. 28, 2020. MEFEX 21.1 builds on the existing relationships through a continuum of partnership, interoperability, integration, and interdependence. Exercises with allies and partners enhance staff proficiency and facilitate II MEF’s ability to fight and win in major combat operations. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Sgt. Jonathon Wiederhold)
