U.S. Marine Corps Staff Sgt. Kyle Bazner with Headquarters and Headquarters Squadron (H&HS) gives a class during "Operation Backbone" in Yuma, Arizona, Oct. 28, 2020. Operation Backbone helps to strengthen the warrior spirit in non-commissioned officers and promote cohesion between the different sections of H&HS.
