A team of Blanchfield Army Community Hospital Soldiers and Department of the Army Civilians gathered for a virtual award ceremony on Fort Campbell, Kentucky, Oct. 21. U.S. Army Surgeon General and Commanding General, U.S. Army Medical Command Lt. Gen. R. Scott Dingle and Army Medicine Chief of Staff and Chief of the Army Medical Department Civilian Corps Mr. Richard Beauchemin logged in and virtually presented the team with the coveted Army Medicine Wolf Pack award for their innovative process-improvement initiative to streamline patient access to behavioral health resources within the hospital’s primary care clinics to enhance patient outcomes and medical readiness. The 43rd Army Surgeon General and the fourth Chief of the AMEDD Civilian Corps created the Wolf Pack Award to recognize exceptional teamwork by an integrated group of military and civilian team members focused on excellence in support of Army Medicine
