    Cmdr. Fredrick Pugh, federal on-scene coordinator for the Broadkill Beach 2020 oil spill response hands an oil spill sample to Delaware Governor John Carney during a site visit to the Incident Command Post at Slaughter Beach, Oct. 23, 2020. Coast Guard members are working with the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, U.S. Fish and Wildlife and NOAA to identify and remove oily debris as it washes ashore.
