Delaware Governor John Carney greets Capt. Jonathan Theel, captain of the port for Delaware Bay, during a site visit to the Incident Command Post for the Broadkill Beach 2020 oil spill response at Slaughter Beach, Oct. 23, 2020. Coast Guard members are working with the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, U.S. Fish and Wildlife and NOAA to identify and remove oily debris as it washes ashore.
