Members of the Initial Entry Training class of the New York Guard, the state's volunteer self-defense force, signed into Zoom on October 4, 2020 to listen to remarks from Brig. Gen.. David Warrager, the commander of the New York Guard, during their training period which ran from the week of October 4 to October 9.
