The NAVSUP Naval Petroleum Office accolade was created as part of the Excellence In Naval Fuels Management Recognition Program. The program promotes excellence in fuels management by recognizing Naval commands who have made the most significant contributions to bulk fuel operations, petroleum supply chain management and fleet fuel support.
