Members of the 786th Civil Engineer Squadron mix cement during exercise Operation Varsity 20-04 at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Oct. 20, 2020. The 786th CES Airmen formed a Rapid Airfield Damage Repair team to simulate airfield repair in the event the airfield was damaged by airstrikes.
