U.S. Air Force pilot Lt. Col. Todd Dagget, 52nd Expeditionary Flying Training Squadron, director of operations, instructs the new Iraqi air force pilots-in-training how to go through a pre-flight check prior to take off for their first training flight, Oct. 31. U.S. Air Force members deployed to the 52nd EFTS, Kirkuk Regional Air Base, Iraq, opened the school on Oct. 1 and began training the first new pilots of the Iraqi air force.
