    EASTERN PACIFIC (October 06, 2020) – U.S. Marines from 1st Reconnaissance Battalion, 1st Marine Division prepare a combat rubber raiding craft inside the waterborne mission zone of littoral combat ship USS Freedom (LCS 1). Embarked Marines and Sailors assigned to Freedom conducted small boat launch and recovery training, enhancing Navy and Marine Corps interoperability aboard littoral combat ships.
