U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Jeannoel Howell, an observer/coach-trainer assigned to the Warthog team of Joint Multinational Readiness Center, and a cadre member for the sniper competition Jäger Shot, conducts the initial briefing to the participating sniper teams at Grafenwoehr Training Area, Germany, Oct. 18, 2020. This competition designed to coach, mentor and evaluate sniper teams assigned to 7th ATC units and local regionally allocated forces. The competition tests sniper teams on fundamental sniper tasks as well as advanced engagement techniques, improving and certifying the lethality of these critical battlefield enablers.
