201018-N-FA490-1133 SOUTH CHINA SEA (Oct. 18, 2020) The Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Halsey (DDG 97) prepares to come alongside the Henry J. Kaiser-class underway replenishment oiler USNS Pecos (T-AO-197) in preparation for a replenishment-at-sea (RAS).
