Shranil Kumar, 86th Civil Engineer Squadron Airmen Dorm Leader, puts an assortment of snacks into a welcome bag for incoming junior Airmen who will be required to self-quarantine on Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Oct. 8, 2020.
