Outlet converters are stacked in a pile as volunteers consisting of Airmen Dorm Leaders and members from the USO assembled more than 170 welcome bags for incoming junior Airmen who need to take the precautionary measure of self-quarantining for 14 days on Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Oct. 8, 2020.
