YOKOSUKA, Japan (Oct. 15, 2020) - Secretary of the Navy Kenneth J. Braithwaite and Cmdr. Rob Niemeyer, commanding officer of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Milius (DDG 69) observe morning colors aboard Milius as part of a visit to Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka Oct. 15, 2020. For 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
