Sgt. Logan Harris, a combat medic specialist, was named Blanchfield Army Community Hospital Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year during an award ceremony outside the hospital Oct. 8. Harris is currently assigned to the hospital’s Adjutant's office. Harris and Spc.
