FORT CAMPBELL, Ky. --Blanchfield Army Community Hospital Labor and Delivery OIC U.S. Army Capt. Angela Imhoff writes out messages of love and support shared by parents who have experienced infant and pregnancy loss. This week in honor of National Infant and Pregnancy Loss Awareness Month, BACH’s Perinatal Bereavement Nurses and Chaplain are hosting a Facebook Live remembrance ceremony at 10:30 a.m. CDT, Thursday, Oct. 15, for patients, family members, and staff members who have experienced a loss during a pregnancy or the loss of a baby or child. Footprints on our Heart is an annual event for families who have lost a baby through miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, intrauterine fetal demise, stillborn or infant death.
