Members from Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) Semper Fit prepare to host a High Intensity Tactical Training (HITT) competition aboard Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan, Sept. 30, 2020. During the competition, Marines completed an endurance course, strength test and finished with a timed mile-long run. All events were conducted seperatly making sure every contestant was given a fair chance and also making sure everyone was within COVID-19 risk mitigation guidelines.
