Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy (MCPON) Russell L. Smith, visited I Marine Expeditionary Force (I MEF) on Camp Pendleton California, Oct. 2, 2020. Smith visited with I MEF Commanding General Lt. Gen. Karsten Heckl, Deputy Commanding General Brig. Gen. Thomas Savage, and Command Master Chief Toby Ruiz.
