Joe Foucha, Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station Fire Emergency Services, Assistant Fire Chief, talks with local television media about a presentation the department made to Wilson's Lakeside Market on October 6, 2020 in WIlson, N.Y. Fire Emergency Services personnel were in a Stop Movement/Stay In Place order to help protect personnel against the Corona Virus outbreak so they could continue to support operations for the 914th Air Refueling Wing, tenant units and the Niagara Falls International Airport.
