U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Edward Siguenza, a mass communication specialist with the 69th Public Affairs Detachment, points out where a fire broke out of the back side of an apartment complex, Oct. 1, 2020, North Highlands, California. Siguenza was on his way to work when he noticed the apartment complex on fire. He checked nearby neighbors to make sure no one was in harm’s way and assisted local firefighters and First Responders when they arrived at the scene on Sept. 18, 2020.
