Mississippi Valley Division Deputy Commander Col. Jeremy Chapman visited southwest Louisiana, Sept. 30, 2020, to view Hurricane Laura response efforts first hand. Over several stops, Col. Chapman, met with Corps staff and contractors supporting Operation Blue Roof in Lake Charles as well as receive a tour of FEMA’s base camp.
