U.S. Navy Rear Adm. Bruce Gillingham, surgeon general of the Navy, awards a challenge coin to Petty Officer 3rd Class Chelsie Velikic during a coin presentation at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina, Sept. 30, 2020.
