Brig. Gen. Clarence K. K. Chinn and Command Sgt. Maj. LaMarquis Knowles, command team of Joint Readiness Training Center and Fort Polk, La., meet with Tom Phillips, incident commander of Muscatatuck Urban Training Center in North Vernon, Ind.
