Janene Marshall-Gatling, outgoing 4th Brigade (Personnel Services) commander with the Meritorious Service Medal for her commitment to duty and superior performance as the commander of the 4th BDE (PS) during the unit’s Change of Command ceremony. The unit’s Change of Command ceremony was held on Victory Field at Fort Jackson, S.C., on 11 July 2020.
