Maj. Pennie Llorente, KFOR Regional Command East civil affairs officer, hangs a new basketball net with Swiss Liaison Monitoring Team “Kilo 4” as part of the playground inauguration ceremony for the “Osman Rama” primary school Sept. 22,2020 in Cabra/Cabre, Kosovo. The School staff and students thanked KFOR for the donation. Col. Noel Hoback, deputy commander for KFOR Regional Command East presided over the ceremony and emphasized the KFOR mission to create stability in Kosovo and for the people and the institutions of Kosovo.
