Let's give Staff Sgt. Chasen Milner from the 333rd Training Squadron a shout-out for being chosen as the Warrior of the Week during this week's staff meeting! Milner was recognized for his work ethic and instructor prowess. As the NCO in charge for cyber warfare operations he helps instruct and graduate 343 cyber warfare operators supporting nine mission sets every year. Since arriving on Keesler, Milner has used his experience as a cyber warfare operator to modernize training content for initial skills training. He is currently working on expanding the use of augmented and virtual reality and gamification of content in Air Education and Training Command in hopes that this is the future of Air Force training. He has also managed the training schedule for 18 personnel during COVID-19 and was instrumental in transitioning instructors and students to a distance learning solution. His experience in the field and unique perspective on training delivery has made him an innovative content developer and helped him to excel in his duties as an instructor and NCO in charge.
