A U.S. Air Force C-130H Hercules aircraft, assigned to the 180th Airlift Squadron, Missouri Air National Guard, sets in a maintenance hangar at Rosecrans Air National Guard Base, in St. Joseph, Missouri, August 27, 2020. The C-130 Hercules primarily performs the tactical portion of the airlift mission, fulfilling a wide range of operational missions in both peace and war situations. The Missouri Air National Guard’s 139th Airlift Wing is comprised of approximately 1,200 citizen-Airmen from local communities throughout the region.
