Timothy Cooper, from Rochester, N.Y., assigned to Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron (HSM) 48, flies over the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Philippine Sea (CG 58) during a vertical replenishment-at-sea exercise with the Spanish frigate Álvaro de Bazan (FFG 101) in the Mediterranean Sea, Aug. 26, 2020.
