KYOTANGO CITY, Japan – Col. Matthew W. Dalton, 38th Air Defense Artillery Brigade commander, meets with Kyotango City Mayor Yasushi Nakayama, and other city officials, to discuss COVID-19 prevention measures, ways to improve information sharing, and a way-forward to enhance the U.S.-Japan alliance in the area during a visit to Kyotango City Hall Aug. 26. The 38th ADA Brigade command team is committed to preventing the spread of COVID-19.
