Noah Hoffman, a team leader with 1st Combat Engineer Battalion, 1st Marine Division uses a compass to plot an azimuth in order to set up a training mine field in order to test counter mine capabilities during the Technology Concept Experiment 20.3 at Red Beach, Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, Aug. 25, 2020.
