200824-N-HG846-1008 PACIFIC OCEAN (August 24, 2020) Chaplain Lt. Cmdr. Matthew Shepard is transferred to the USS Pinckney (DDG 91) from the Cyclone-class coastal patrol ship USS Tornado (PC 14) in a rigid-hull inflatable boat (RHIB). Tornado is deployed to the U.S. Southern Command area of responsibility to support Joint Interagency Task Force South's mission, which includes counter illicit drug trafficking in the Caribbean and Eastern Pacific.
