Members of the California Army National Guard’s 132nd MultI-Role Bridge Company, coordinate their plan of attack prior to erecting a temporary floating bridge, Aug. 23, 2020, at Cache Creek Canyon Low Water Bridge, Capay Valley, California. The Low Water Bridge is nearly a century old and has been closed to vehicular traffic since 2009, but serves as a key crossing for wildfires in the area. This is the third time since 2015 the 132nd MRBC has been tasked to build an improved ribbon bridge for California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection emergency responders.
