A group of military personnel in OCP (Operational Camouflage Pattern) uniforms are gathered inside a large tent or temporary structure for what appears to be a briefing or training session. One soldier on the left is speaking and gesturing while others are seated or standing, holding documents or booklets. All personnel are wearing face masks, suggesting this was taken during the COVID-19 pandemic period.
