    200817-N-HR150-1009 YOKOSUKA, Japan (August 17, 2020) - Electronics Technician 2nd Class Eric Sherrill, from Wade, North Carolina, conducts maintenance on a high-frequency (HF) receiver coupler aboard U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19). The HF receiver is used to receive voice communications from other vessels. Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy and, as 7th Fleet command ship, actively works to foster relationships with allies and partners in the Indo-Pacific region.
