Luis Vasquez, a supply administration and operations specialist with 3rd Supply Battalion, 3rd Marine Logistics Group (MLG), keeps a contact tracer log of patrons entering the Express on Camp Kinser, Okinawa, Japan, Aug. 11, 2020. To mitigate the spread of COVID-19, Marines with 3rd MLG take temperatures and keep a contact tracer log in highly trafficked areas. Vasquez, a native of San Antonio, Texas, graduated from Luther Burbank high school in 2019 and enlisted out of Recruiting Station South Park in 2019. 3rd MLG provides III Marine Expeditionary Force comprehensive logistics and combat service support for operations throughout the Indo-Pacific area of responsibility.
