Special warfare tactical air control party Airmen from the 124th Air Support Operations Squadron along with two A-10 Thunderbolt II’s from the 190th Fighter Squadron conduct search and rescue training with the Navy’s Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron Four from North Island Naval Air Station, California, on Lake Cascade in Cascade, Idaho, August 12, 2020. The training included a search and rescue mission looking for survivors which included the simulated medical treatment and physical extraction of survivors by the HSC-4 MH-60S Seahawk helicopters.
