U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Jamar Davis, logistics technician, 33rd Expeditionary Special Operations Squadron has an intravenous needle inserted into his arm by a U.S. Air Force pararescueman from the 82nd Expeditionary Rescue Squadron, onboard a Marine Corps CH-53E Super Stallion, Marine heavy Helicopter Squadron 461, over the deserts of Grand Barra, Djibouti, July 18, 2012. The 82nd ERQS, HMH-461 and the Spanish navy were practicing a massive casualty event during a joint training exercise in support of Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa.
