Spc. Avery Rainwater, a heavy equipment operator with the 858th Engineer Company (Horizontal), 223rd Engineer Battalion, operates a High Mobility Engineer Excavator (HMEE) during an annual training project at the Bruce city park in Bruce, Miss., August 4, 2020. The project is to build a 1.3 mile walking trail around the park, saving the city nearly half a million dollars in construction costs while building relationships between the local community and members of the Mississippi National Guard.
