Pfc. James Baker, a heavy equipment operator with the 858th Engineer Company (Horizontal), 223rd Engineer Battalion, uses a High Mobility Engineer Excavator (HMEE) to fill a M1157A1P2 Dump Truck during their annual training near Bruce, Miss., August 4, 2020.
