Lt. Col. Greg Schnulo, director of staff for Air Joint Force Headquarters, Ohio National Guard, peeks inside a Russian-made MiG-21 supersonic jet fighter aircraft, Sept. 18, during a visit to the Serbian Air Base at Batajnica. Schnulo and about 40 other Ohio National Guard troops spent a week visiting with their Serbian military counterparts during an exchange through the National Guard Bureau State Partnership Program.
