    Chief Information Systems Technician (SW/AW) Aja Wright, Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa Tactical Communications senior non-commissioned officer in charge, personalizes a quilt that will be given to a baby at the Djibouti Baby Orphanage. Wright's mother made 53 quilts for the babies at the orphanage and sent them to her daughter so she could hand deliver them.
