The 163d Attack Wing's Aircraft Maintenance Squadron weapons shop conducted a "Weapons Load" and "Weapons Relay" contest at March Air Reserve Base in July, 2020. "Steel sharpens steel," said Senior Master Sgt. Nicholas Hulsey, who supervised the skills contest, which involved building a composite tool kit and transporting a bucket of water through an obstacle course under time pressure. "It's the first time that we've had this recognition program since 2018," Hulsey said. "We'd like to expand it next year and begin competing with other wings."
