U.S. Air Force Col. Bryony A. Terrell, reminisces on her time as the 145th Airlift Wing (AW) commander, during the 145th AW Change of Command Ceremony held at the North Carolina Air National Guard Base, Charlotte Douglas International Airport, Aug. 1, 2020. Col. Terrell will relinquish command and Col. Joseph H. Stepp IV, who has been with the North Carolina Air National Guard since commissioning in 1993 through the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps at N.C. State University, will take command.
