Ricky Terrell listens as U.S. Air Force Assistant Adjutant General for Air, North Carolina (NC) National Guard Bureau, Brig. Gen. Stephen J. Mallette, thanks Terrell’s wife, Col. Bryony A. Terrell, 145th Airlift Wing (AW) commander, for her service during the 145th AW Change of Command Ceremony held at the NC Air National Guard Base, Charlotte Douglas International Airport, Aug. 1, 2020. Col. Terrell will relinquish command and Col. Joseph H. Stepp IV, who has been with the North Carolina Air National Guard since commissioning in 1993 through the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps at N.C. State University, will take command.
